Job Description:

Account Executives are responsible for managing and growing client accounts in the European market. They work to understand client needs, propose solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills Required:

  2. Solution Selling: Identifying and proposing the right solutions to clients.

In Europe, the starting salary for a Sales Representative typically ranges from €30,000 to €60,000 per year. Package is often built on the following ratio: 20% Fix, 80% variable (capped, uncapped) based on turnover figures.

Possible Evolutions

Account Executives can advance to roles like Senior Account Executive or Account Manager, managing larger and more complex accounts. They may also explore opportunities in customer success management or sales.
