Job Description:

As a Country Manager, your role is to oversee all aspects of a company’s operations in a specific European country. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing business strategies, managing local teams, and ensuring the company’s growth and success in the market.

Skills Required:

  1. Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the European market, including trends, competition, and customer behavior.
  2. Leadership: Effective management of country-specific teams, driving them towards success.

In Europe, the starting salary for a Country Manager typically ranges from €80,000 to €120,000 per year.
