The Customer Success Manager is the guardian of customer satisfaction. They lead teams dedicated to ensuring that customers have a positive experience with the company’s products or services. Head of Customer Success are also referred to as CSM, Chief Customer Officer or VP of Customer Experience roles, depending on business sizing. They often report directly to COOs or to Sales VPs

Starting Salary
In Europe, the starting salary for a Head of Customer Success typically ranges from €45,000 € to €85,000 per year.
Possible Evolutions
Head of Customer Success can progress to Sales VP positions or evolve as COOs
