They are the architects of efficient systems, overseeing performance, and identifying areas for improvement, ensuring the organization operates like a well-oiled machine. They usually report to the COO or Operations Director.

- Analytical Skills: The ability to scrutinize operations and identify inefficiencies.
- Project Management: Competence in orchestrating process improvement projects.
